First Coast Web Studio is a web design studio in Jacksonville, FL, operated by First Coast Monitoring Services LLC, d/b/a First Coast Web Studio. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you type in: your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), and your message. That’s it — we don’t ask for anything we don’t need to reply to you.
Like most websites, our server also records basic technical information when pages load, such as your IP address. We use IP addresses to limit spam on the contact form. We don’t use this information to identify you.
How we use your information
Contact form submissions are sent to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry. We use your information only to answer your questions and discuss work you’ve asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

A few trusted providers help this website run, and your information may pass through them:
- Email delivery — contact form messages are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email service.
- Website hosting — this site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider, which processes standard server logs.
- Analytics — if we use a website analytics tool (such as Google Analytics), it collects anonymous usage statistics like page views. It does not receive your contact form submissions.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for advertising. If analytics is enabled, the analytics tool may set cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages in our email for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and our business records. If you’d like us to delete a message you sent, just ask.
Your choices

Children’s privacy
This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
